Bob Out was born in December 1956. He studied econometrics at the Free University in Amsterdam and finalised his doctor’s thesis about the development of financial markets back in 1987. He has as decision maker gained various experiences both as financial intermediary as well as investment banker. Knowledge about the Japanese and Chinese securities markets, acquired in the eighties and nineties, can as well being attributed to his expertise.

Because of his knowledge about the competitive position of listed companies in issuing financial securities in the international financial markets he recognizes as no other the importance of IR.

Marcel Schulze (born 29-11-1969) started working with Rematch in 1997 during his study economics (master’s has become long term objective) in Amsterdam at the university.
He experienced all the stages of research related to Investor Relations (IR): started with analyzing data and writing client reports. Later on he advised companies on several IR issues. Keeping close contact with the financial press has been one of his responsibilities. His thought-provoking model whereby active interest in corporate securities among private investors is cultivated will soon also be web based available.
Currently his occupation lies in the international arena, where he mostly advises listed companies in Europe on improving their global competitive IR position. Marcel is also partner of Rematch Holding bv.

Sevi Listio is about to finalize her study commercial information science at the Hogeschool of Amsterdam. She is SQL specialist and in charge of giving the subscribers access to the database. Sevi is also liaison with LionShares for making sure that the interests of subscribers in the LionShares database as clients of Rematch Holding bv are all the time well looked after.
